Our range of dog shampoo and conditioners including Clean, Soothe and Shine. Clean Dog Shampoo is a natural and kind Organic, SLS/SLES and paraben free shampoo with Organic Aloe Vera. Soothe Dog Shampoo is an organic blend of Lavender, Chamomile and Ylang Ylang in our ultimate Aloe Vera base. Shine Dog Conditioner soothes and conditions the skin it contains 4 different oils including coconut oil which is known for it’s healing properties on the skin and conditioning properties for the hair. Also containing Aloe Vera it’s the perfect partner to our range of Organic Shampoos.
To shampoo small dogs it is advisable to use a sink with lukewarm water or hand temperature. Many make the mistake of using a shower head to clean their dogs but the temperature can vary considerably under pressure. Most dogs will enjoy the shower option more but for smaller dogs, it is advisable to use jugs of water and slowly pour over them. Make sure you have the jugs of water ready and waiting to pour over the dog when rinsing is required.
Another tip would be to dilute the dog shampoo prior to bathing the dog to make it easier to apply. If the shampoo requires you to leave on for 5 minutes, make sure you adhere to this, otherwise the whole process would have been a waste of time. Always remember that it can be quite stressful for a dog at this time, so if you stay calm, they are more likely to stay calm too
