How does ultrasonic dog teeth cleaning work?

We use an ultrasound toothbrush for dog teeth cleaning (each dog has their own) and specifically formulated ultrasound toothpaste.  Ultrasound reaches deep below the gum line to kill germs and bacteria and cleans the teeth and gums to prevent the build-up of plaque and tartar.

At the same time, it increases the blood flow to the gums to heal wounds and stop bleeding. If used regularly, the ultrasonic toothbrush can prevent you from going to the vet and cleaning your dogs teeth under a risky anaesthetic.

Can all dogs have the treatment?
The ultrasonic toothbrush is appropriate for dogs of all ages and breeds. The ultrasonic toothbrush can be used for puppies and small dogs as well as for adults and older dogs.

What does dog teeth cleaning cost?

First treatment is £30 and includes your dogs own toothbrush head which we keep at the salon for any future treatments

Further treatments are £15. 

How long does it take?

Sessions last 30-40 minutes. We will advise you how often treatments are required and how long until a follow up session should be carried out.
