We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not please return the item unworn and in original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If your item is damaged within 28 days please contact us to arrange return and replacement. This does not apply to general wear and tear.
If you would like to exchange for a different size please contact us and we can arrange to send out an alternative product on return of your goods.
Personalised items- We are happy to replace an item that is delivered faulty or if we have made a spelling mistake. We are unable however to replace personalised items in other circumstances. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery.
